    What to include, so one reply is enough

    • Before you buy: how many settings you lay, whether it is for everyday use or occasions, and whether the set will go in a dishwasher. That decides composition, grade and finish.
    • About an order: the order number, and the PIN code if it is a delivery question.
    • Short count or damage: the unboxing video with the pieces counted against the invoice, within 48 hours of delivery. On that clip we replace or refund at our cost.
    • Returns: the order number and a line on what is wrong. Unused, unwashed sets can be returned within 10 days of delivery.

    What we cannot help with

    We do not engrave, monogram, re-plate or repair cutlery, and we cannot supply a single replacement piece for a set bought elsewhere. If a coating has worn after years of use, that is wear and not something we can put right.

    Response times

    Messages arriving in working hours are usually answered the same day and always within one working day. Anything sent on a Sunday or public holiday is picked up the next working morning. Orders are packed in 1 business day and shipped from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
